PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS FOR EMPLOYEE DECISIONS

Our people management services focus on the use of psychometric assessments to support a more structured and comprehensive selection process alongside interviews. This approach provides a broader, evidence-based understanding of candidates and employees by considering personality traits, cognitive ability, experience, and work-related simulations, extending beyond what can be assessed from a CV alone. In line with South African employment legislation, including the Employment Equity Act, assessments are applied in a fair, valid, and job-relevant manner to support equitable decision-making.
