In environments where pressure is high and direction can become unclear, having a more accurate understanding of people or oneself can make a meaningful difference. I am Heidi Steijnberg, a Registered Counsellor and Psychometrist, offering a considered, professional approach that integrates individual counselling with people assessment and development. In one-on-one work, I support individuals navigating personal challenges by helping them make sense of their experiences, recognise patterns, and work towards greater clarity and stability over time. Alongside this, I work with organisations to support people management through structured, insight-driven assessment, informing recruitment, role fit, and development to support more effective, informed people decisions.
