My practice offers counselling and psychometric assessments to explore a deeper understanding of underlying patterns that quietly shape how we think, feel and relate to others, so that life and work can feel a bit more manageable and meaningful. 

 

I hold a Bachelor’s and an Honours degree in Psychology and a dual registration as Registered Counsellor and Psychometrist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and have been practising since 2014. While I initially graduated in law (B.Proc) from the University of Pretoria, my experience in corporate environments led me to focus more deeply on people and the role of psychology in understanding, developing, and supporting individuals.

At the core of my work is a belief in relationship-based approaches. This means that the quality of the counselling relationship forms the foundation for meaningful insight and change. When people feel heard, understood, and engaged in a thoughtful process, they are better able to make sense of their experiences, respond more effectively to challenges, and take considered steps towards growth and change.
