Hi there! I'm Heidi Steijnberg. I offer psychological counselling and psychometric assessments to guide people through life's challenges. I hold a Bachelor's and an Honours degree in psychology, am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and have been practising since 2014. While I initially graduated in law (B.Proc) from the University of Pretoria, my experience in corporate environments led me to focus on people management and the role of psychology in understanding and developing individuals. As a dual-registered Counsellor and Psychometrist, I integrate psychometric assessment with counselling to provide structured, insight-driven understanding of people in both personal and organisational contexts.

My experience centres on supporting individuals navigating personal challenges and life decisions, as well as working with organisations to strengthen people management through assessment, role fit, and development, grounded in a belief in people’s capacity for growth and change.
